Jeff Watts, Owner/Executive Producer
Jeff Watts established Jeff Watts Productions, Inc in 1986,
producing corporate marketing videos, commercials, and found
a niche in High School sports programming, beginning with
the McDonald's High School Round-up.
In 1992, Jeff launched an endeavor that would set the standard
in High School coverage in the state of Texas, with the High
School Xtra Live. Fourteen years later, High School Xtra
has now become the longest running High School Sports program
in the nation.
Jeff Watts Productions has now evolved into a total production
house, including corporate videos, marketing videos, television
productions in both standard and high definition, and live
television production, with a state-of-the-art studio.
Jeff Watts is married to Sharon Watts, and has three daughters;
Shelly, Tiffany and Valerie, and two grand children; Brady
and Emily. He is an avid golfer, scuba diver, and traveler
alike. |

Troy Hill, Chief Editor
Troy Hill came to work for Jeff Watts Productions in 1998.
He is the chief editor for the High School Spotlight, and
most of the Marketing and Corporate video in production.
His creative skills, and eye for design are among the best
in the business.
Troy is a graduate from Sam Houston State University. He
is also married and has a daughter. |

Mike Watts, Chief Editor
Mike Watts, nephew of Jeff Watts, came to work for Jeff
Watts Productions in 2000. He is the chief videographer,
spending most of his time on the road, filming the High School
Spotlight. When Mike is in the office, he often fills in
for Troy on the High School Spotlight as an editor/producer.
His work in the field, and eye for camera shots helps make
the High School Spotlight a visual and entertaining success.
Mike is a graduate from the University of Memphis with a
Broadcast Communications degree. He is married, very active
in his church and community, and enjoys traveling. |

Tiffany Grisso, Producer/Host/Marketing
Tiffany Grisso has worked for Jeff Watts Productions, Inc
full-time since 2004. She is crossed-trained in virtually
every aspect of production, from editing, to hosting, marketing
and sales. Tiffany is responsible for client relations and
fulfillment, as well as producing the TCL Baseball Magazine.
She is also the host of Destination Above and Below.
Tiffany is a graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington
with a Bachelor's in Broadcast Communications. She is an
avid scuba diver, vacationing enthusiast, and loves to shop. |
